IMIU’s team of industry renowned mining engineers provide risk engineering support and visit construction projects throughout the erection, testing and commissioning periods. It is of critical importance to the testing and commissioning periods, as well as subsequent operations, that a full risk analysis is conducted at the design stage of the project to ensure that the appropriate levels of protection and loss prevention are incorporated at the earliest opportunity. The retrospective installation of risk improvements, if at all possible, is invariably significantly more expensive and time consuming. Our engineers can provide project risk reviews and/or facilitate risk assessment workshops as necessary.
