Richard joined IMIU in December 2025, with 6 years of insurance industry experience, most recently in the Power Generation area. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Richard completed a degree in Engineering Geology from the Camborne School of Mines.
When Richard is not working, he enjoys getting outdoors, sailing, and playing sports such as hockey and tennis. On weekends, he can often be found escaping London to hike the British countryside with friends, usually in search of fresh air, good views, and a decent pub at the end. He also enjoys baking occasionally and has recently taken up bouldering, both providing mixed results.
