Andrew joined IMIU in 2017.

Andrew has over 25 years of experience in the London insurance market and joined us from Munich Re where he was legal counsel to their mining underwriters.  Since 2012 Andrew has taken a leading role in the drafting and development of the Mining Insurance Group policy wording and clauses.  He is a lawyer and was called to the English Bar in 2005.

Andrew is a keen, though mediocre, sailor and skier and with the latter he is more likely to be found keeping warm in a mountain hut confusing the locals with his poor German, rather than practicing his ropey technique on the piste.
